Support Our Troops
THANKS FOR YOUR support IN OUR troop outreach: Easter Care Packages 2025
Dear Friends of our Military,
We hope all is well with you and you had a wonderful Easter. We want you to know how much we appreciate you and on behalf of, " Words of Comfort, Hope and Promise," our military outreach we would like to thank you for partnering with us to support our Service Members for the Easter holiday.
We would like to thank all our wonderful volunteers that helped us put together 5000 Easter goodie bags that we gave to our deployed men and women serving overseas and our troops based in the United States.
We would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers that baked cookies, brownies, banana, pumpkin bread and other delicious wonderful desserts for our troops to enjoy for the Holiday. We would also like to thank Albertson's, and our volunteers that donated, snacks, cookies and Easter candy to place in our goodie bags and coffee condiments and cups for the coffee Starbucks donated. I would like to thank Starbucks also for donating coffee that we were able to give to our troops that are based at the Southern border.
As, I am typing this email to you, I just received a text from the Chaplain who drove down the Starbucks coffee and a variety of snacks and cookies that I gave him to take to our troops guarding the border, he wrote, " So just got here and the snacks are gone! They are so appreciative."
This blesses my socks off to know that our troops enjoy the coffee and snacks and they understand that we love them and we care!
Special thanks to Pastor Dave and Erin for allowing us to use the church fellowship room to box up our Easter care packages and for your faithful support to the men and women who serve in our military.
Thank you Pastor Greg for donating cases of your books when you served in the Marine Corps.

My team and I are so happy to report that we were able to provide for 23 different groups for Easter.
The following are photos that I have been receiving from our service members from different groups that received our Easter bags. Thank you, Laura my assistant for putting together the great collage of photos.
I was blessed to receive 2 photos from a retired General, 1 of the photos he sent me is the photo of Marines in front of our beautiful U.S. flag. He wrote: From the engineers of Delta company 4th CEB in Knoxville, Tennessee.....With our deepest appreciation.... Oorah Cynthia and your great team....
As you can read your support means a lot to our troops!
